Copa América 2024: USA to Host Ten South American and Six North American Teams
Ten South American teams and six North American teams will compete in the 2024 Copa América, to be held in the United States from June 20 to July 14.
The tournament will be the 48th edition of the Copa América, the quadrennial international men's soccer championship organized by South America's governing body, CONMEBOL.
The United States will be hosting the tournament for the first time, and it will be the first time that the Copa América has been held outside of South America.
The 16 teams that will compete in the tournament have been divided into four groups of four teams each. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage.
The final match of the tournament will be played at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on July 14.
